In 2008, the world was rapidly changing, with smartphones emerging as the emblem of a new generation. Yet, baby products remained largely unchanged. We were baffled by this disconnect and decided to challenge the status quo. We learned quickly that success requires more than just ignorance and confidence, as Mark Twain famously quipped. We realized that to truly succeed, we had to strive to be "Better than good."
