How to submit a return request:
- Click the profile icon in the store's navigation to log in to your account.
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once we receive the product, it will be inspected by our team to ensure it meets our returns policy guidelines. We will then initiate a refund via the original mode of payment which will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card, or you can choose to receive store credit within 3-5 days. If your order was Cash-On-Delivery, then Store Credit will be issued within 3-5 days of inspecting the returned item.
If the returned item is part of a cart offer or any other discount offer, then during the return of the same, all the products purchased through the same offer should be returned as well. If any free gifts were given with the item, they must be returned as well.
