Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to submit a return request:

  1. Click the profile icon in the store's navigation to log in to your account.
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  8. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once we receive the product, it will be inspected by our team to ensure it meets our returns policy guidelines. We will then initiate a refund via the original mode of payment which will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card, or you can choose to receive store credit within 3-5 days. If your order was Cash-On-Delivery, then Store Credit will be issued within 3-5 days of inspecting the returned item. If the returned item is part of a cart offer or any other discount offer, then during the return of the same, all the products purchased through the same offer should be returned as well. If any free gifts were given with the item, they must be returned as well.

Accepted Reasons for Return:

  • Wrong Size
  • Item not as described
  • Received the Wrong Item
  • Damaged / Defective Product
  • Item no longer required

Return Ineligibility:

  1. Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them.
  2. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  3. Damaged items due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear.
  4. Products that have been fully assembled are not eligible for returns. (Examples - ride-on toys, playpens, indoor/outdoor playsets).

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

  1. Orders shipped to international destinations will not be eligible for returns and refunds unless found to be faulty. Faulty products will require verification. Once verified, the customer must ship the product at their cost to our warehouse. The refund issued will not include the original Shipping Fees either.
  2. Gift Certificates & Personalized Items.
  3. Products that are classified as hazardous materials or contain flammable liquids or gases like batteries.
  4. Products that fall under specific categories, which are hygiene-related like swimwear, hosiery, underwear, socks, footwear, potty training items, maternity belt, health, and personal care products, and certain baby products (e.g. teethers, diapers, baby wipes, hygiene tissues, feeding-related products).
  5. Products of Brands with no refund policy (Totsmine, Ortopad, Yellow Doodle).

Cancellation Policy:

If a cancellation is requested before the order is shipped, a full refund will be initiated on the original mode of payment which will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. However, if an order is cancelled after the order is shipped, a refund will be issued exclusive of Shipping Charges.

If the item cancelled is a part of a cart offer or any other discount offer, then during the cancellation of the same, all the products purchased through the same offer would get cancelled.

Gift Certificates & Personalized Items cannot be cancelled.
