DUBAI & SHARJAH:
For orders below AED100, there will be Standard Delivery Charges of AED10.
For orders above AED100, we offer Free Delivery.

ABU DHABI & NORTHERN EMIRATES:
For orders below AED100, there will be Standard Delivery Charges of AED15.
For orders above AED100, we offer Free Delivery.

No, there are no extra charges for Express Delivery. However, standard shipping charges of minimum order amount will be applicable.

Generally, we can deliver in Dubai & Sharjah within 1-2 days and in Abu Dhabi & Northern Emirates within 2-3 days. However, some items may take longer. Refer to the ETA mentioned on each product page before placing your order.

Yes, we can ship internationally for additional shipping charges. Contact our customer support team to learn more.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Track your shipment on the carrier's website using this number.

Returns and Refunds

You can return most items within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging. Refer to the Returns Policy to learn about non-returnable items and the T&C for return eligibility.

Returns are typically processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the item.
