Grapat Mates 6 Colours are six simple, open-ended wooden pieces designed to inspire imaginative and creative play. Children can sort, stack, match, and group the Mates by color, supporting early logical-mathematical thinking, fine motor skills, and hand-eye coordination. Their unstructured design allows them to become characters, abstract shapes, or elements in Small Worlds and storytelling.
The Grapat Mates can be combined with other Grapat materials, such as Nins, Rings, or Coins, to expand play possibilities and encourage child-led exploration. Durable, tactile, and versatile, these pieces foster creativity, problem-solving, and imaginative play that grows with the child.

- Fine motor skills are developed by using for example a set of wooden tweezers for transferring small objects in and out of the mates.
